I found PomonaElite Appliance Service through a local Google search when I needed miele washer repair in Pomona, CA. My Miele washer was stopping mid-cycle, not draining right, and making that low grinding noise off and on. Annoying. I saw they handle Miele units, booked the visit, and it went pretty smooth.
The tech showed up on time, checked the drain system, pump, and door lock, then explained the issue in normal words. No long speech. He knew Miele machines, that part was obvious pretty quick. He had the part with him, took care of the repair the same visit, and ran a full test after. Washer started draining normally again and the spin cycle sounded way better.
What I liked most was how direct everything was. Clean work, no mess left behind, no pressure, no weird upsell. Just solid miele washer repair from someone who actually works on these machines a lot. He also gave me a few basic tips on load balance and detergent amount since Miele washers can get picky, which honestly helped.
If you’re in Pomona and need miele washer repair, PomonaElite Appliance Service is worth calling. Professional, respectful, and they fixed the problem without dragging it out. Hard to find that lately. I’d use them again for any Miele appliance repair.
